The Profile of our Ventures: Our founders are not just “starting up.” They are already generating revenue and are in the final stages of structural refinement before their first major funding rounds. They don’t need general mentorship; they need surgical strategy.

The Engagement: This is an invitation to join an elite layer of the Berlin ecosystem, working with founders who are often overlooked by traditional systems but are outperforming the market in raw agency.

Your Profile: To qualify for our coaching positions, applicants must demonstrate a completed scientific university education, which is approved for working in Germany. The study field must be related to the field of expertise listed below. Beyond academic degrees, we require evidence of your specific professional expertise and skills relevant to your specific coaching role topic.
